The Role
- Complete the fulfilment and settlement procedures, including document preparation, funding and disbursement, for home loan applications received by Athena;
- Managing PEXA settlement
- Work effectively with our settlement agents (and other 3rd parties where required) to ensure our customers' expectations are met for their settlement;
- Complete settlement procedures, including document preparation, document verification, quality checks, funding and disbursement, for home loan applications received by Athena;
- Manage a pipeline of home loans taking the customer on a seamless journey, working hand in hand with other teams, from Unconditional Approval through to Settlement;
- Meet the quality and performance expectations set out for the role;
- Support your colleagues and contribute to the performance of your Team;
- Act as a leader in the company. Bring positivity, energy and flexibility to help create a great start-up culture;
- Liaise with Clients in a professional manner and provide regular updates on the progress of their application from submission;
- Meet the risk, compliance and quality requirements set out by Athena and our panel of lenders;
- Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data entry skills with a high accuracy rate.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 year Settlements Experience
- Minimum 2 year PEXA experience (essential)
- Quality checking experience (Preferred)
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing a pipeline of clients with multiple tasks & deadlines
- You demonstrate a high-level attention to detail
- You get energy from helping Customers and saving them a bucketload.
- Professional, organised, able to work autonomously
- Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence
- You have a high degree of competency in computer and web applications
