Urgent requirement of ServiceNow Solution Designer - Contract - Sydney
Requirements
- Capable of Designing ServiceNow’s PPM, CMDB, Integration hub/Flow Designer, UI including workspaces and Portals.
- Senior level Resources in ServiceNow Architecture and solution design for complex and large ServiceNow deployments
- Writing detailed design documents for large scale ServiceNow PPM and Custom implementations
- Deliver ServiceNow automation integrations and setups through ServiceNow Orchestration and Web Service.
- Experience on domain separated-based setup including processes, security ACLs and segregations.
- Capable of writing Technical notes for business user user stories.
- Capable of controlling the overall application architecture by understanding the current and future implications on Project.
- Capable of understanding the Business process and map it to Servicenow functionalities with minimal custom development.
- Capable of committing timelines to business and management, based on design.
- Capable of managing the developers and their work.
- Capable of showcasing the prototypes to Business.
- Knowledge and experience on new features of Servicenow releases and try to replace any old custom development with new servicenow OOB features.
- Complete understanding on Integration technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server
- Defining and deploying to be best practice PPM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, creating process documentation and then converting them into Stories for development purposes.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
- Resources should be Certified ServiceNow System Admin at minimum. (CMA/CTA preferred)
- Familiar with multi-system integration and common issues that can arise when integrating enterprise technologies
- Knowledge of Agile with scrum development methodologies
- Preferable to have Telco related knowledge – deploying ServiceNow applicationsPayment Terms
