Servicenow Developer

 

Description:

The resource will need to leverage experience and knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions including:

• Technical implementation of processes, workflow customisations, ticketing, process automation, report development and dashboard creation.

• System configurations:

design and deliver technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform and assist clients with proof of concepts, design work sessions and stakeholder engagement.

 

The Services, delivered in collaboration with and under supervision include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Scope and refine backlog.
  • ServiceNow configuration and administration.
  • Escalation of issues and risks with team structure.
  • Develop and maintain testing and training documentation.
  • Process documentation.
  • Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification tasks.
  • Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements as requested by business areas.
  • Support, design, configure, test and implement ServiceNow functions and methods.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of technical design standards and work within those standards.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Mentor and perform skills transfer to other team members.
