Our client is a HVAC contractor specializing in HVAC, Data Centers & Commercial Air. Due to growth and landing new service and maintenance contracts, they are seeking experienced Service Manager to join their large service team.
The role is managing as existing service team, reporting into a managing director and working with their senior BDM's.
No business development - Manage and build your service team.

• Preventive maintenance management
• Reactive maintenance management
• Managing medium to large commercial sites
• Managing a team of 10 staff
• Pricing, quoting and account management
• Work alongside a strong BDM
• Valid Drivers license
• Valid Artick license
• Two recent references
• Trade qualified in Air Conditioning
