We are looking for a talented Service Desk Coordinator with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Preferably you will have had experience working for an IT Services company. Roles & Responsibilities
- Scheduling and task allocation (support team, allocate tasks between team, prioritise incidents).
- Workload management (monitor SLA’s and allocate resources accordingly).
- Team collaboration (liaise with various stakeholders and resources to effectively manage workload).
- Process and procedure adherence (ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and best practices within the support team).
- Identify areas for improvement in workflows and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and training to team members.
- Oversight of team performance (provide constructive feedback, conduct check-ins and develop actions plans).
To Succeed In This Roles
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a similar role (training provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software platforms (ITSM, ticketing systems etc).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices (preferred).
