To ensure integrity of customer data (rates, addresses, contacts, a/c status, web set ups. To investigate and resolve invoice disputes, salesforce cases. Responsible for the yearly customer price increases and other ad-hoc projects.To process and check the accurate account set up and maintenance of existing customer accounts into the Iron Mountain systems.
