Service Coordinator

 

Description:


The ideal person for this role will be a service-oriented person with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy such tasks as Coordinating Service Jobs between Service Technicians and Customers, Managing Logistics of required materials/equipment for each service job, Invoicing, and Data housekeeping.

Skills And Experience Required
 

  • Minimum of 2 years scheduling or contractor management experience with at least 5 years in Customer Service roles
  • Converting quotes/orders into jobs
  • Scheduling jobs with contractors
  • Overseeing work assigned to contractors
  • Experience using SimPRO, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
