Service Coordinator

Haynes Group are currently seeking a Service Coordinator for Hastings Deering in Toowoomba. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring jobs for quality & consistency, using AX program, accurately managing WIP, forecasts & liaising with stakeholders.

• Employment on a casual basis
• Monday - Friday roster
• 8hrs daily
• Weekly pays
• Previous experience working within a service & warehousing orientated environment
• Knowledge surrounding CAT equipment & workflow processes
• Administration experience
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screen
• Ability to complete online onboarding prior to commencement
