Service Advisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Brisbane CBD dealership. The role would suit someone that has experience as a Service Advisor, who wants to join a large group, with real, long-term career prospects.

This dealership is part of a large, nationwide dealership group, and have worked hard to make a supportive environment for new and existing staff. This role offers great earning potential for candidates, and a 5 day working week is on offer for work/life balance.

Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
 

• Booking customers cars into the service department
• Liaising with customers to ensure they are kept informed on their vehicles progress
• Working side by side with the workshop to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Quoting and invoicing on all repairs and services provided
• Ensure your customers receive the highest standard of service
   

To be considered for this role, you must have:
 

• Previous experience in a busy service department within a dealership
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills and customer service with attention to detail
• Ability and desire to work as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional and friendly phone manner
• Excellent personal presentation
