Service Advisor

Description:

In this role you’ll be the key contact between our customers & the workshop staff. Taking bookings, updating the customer with the process of their servicing, providing technical advice, offering additional services to the customer whilst promoting business opportunities for the client.

We Are Looking For

• Service Advisors with experience in the heavy vehicle industry being preferred.
• Technicians who may wish to move ‘off the floor.’
• Good communication and time management skills
• Customer Service skills
• Reliable, a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong computer skills
• Attention to detail.
