- Client Portal maintenance
- Invoice submission to customers
- Invoicing overflow
- Reviewing and resolving service calls, aged jobs
- Resolving debtor issues, credits, disputes
- Raising Credits and CMF forms (Customer maintenance forms)
- Uniform, Stationary ordering
- Purchase Order raising, resolving, and updating
- Archiving
- General office administration
- Ideally Service industry experience
- Strong administration and invoicing experience
