Server Engineer

Description:

We are currently seeking candidates for Server Engineer requirements with one of our Federal Government Client. These positions are based in the Canberra, ACT Australia. 

Role Description:

The Server Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Undertake technical deliverables as a recognized senior specialist.
• Implement and support Microsoft Server solutions and designs.
• Implement and support virtualized server environments across a global network.
• Provide end-to-end technical solutions.
• Assist with system changes, updates, upgrades, and relocations.
• Compile technical documentation.
• Participate in skills transfer and mentoring of junior staff.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• High-level communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; interface with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions.
