About the job

 

Project Lead

Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and effectively.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent liaison and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Delegate tasks and supervise team members to ensure project goals are met.

Deliver client presentations with confidence and professionalism.

Manage project timelines independently, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in design.

 

Strategic Planning

Develop wayfinding strategies in collaboration with internal teams.

Prepare wayfinding frameworks and strategy documents.

Champion usability and user-centered design principles.

Communicate integrated research and conceptual thinking into creative concepts.

Design and Documentation

Collaborate with team members to develop creative direction.

Create 2D and 3D design concepts, sketches, and models.

Ensure compliance with signage accessibility codes and standards.

Prepare client presentations and confidently present designs.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to conceptualize and design signage systems.

Prepare tender and construction documentation as needed.

 

About you

7 years + experience as a Wayfinding and Signage designer.

Experience in delivering medium to large-scale wayfinding projects.

Strong knowledge of typography, graphic design, and usability principles.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Illustrator and InDesign; CAD, SketchUp, or BIM skills are desirable.
