Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Senior Systems Engineer, looking to make their mark on some of the most high-profile and strategically critical Australian Defence Industry programs.

Systems Engineers will be motivated to conduct the design and integration of new capabilities, and upgrades for existing platform systems.

Your remit will be as broad as it is challenging. Key responsibilities may include but not be limited to; Supervise, coach and guide junior system safety engineers, conducting systems inspections, liaising with customers and OEMs and staff to develop requirements and assessment of constraints, engineering design of defence solutions, design documents, test procedures and test reports, and assisting the business development team with technical proposals and costings.

Qualifications And Experience
 

• 3 plus years demonstrated or relevant experience in Systems Engineering.
• Experience managing a team of engineers
• Defence industry experience preferred
• Development of specifications, requirements, design, and test procedures
