Description:
This is a brand new role in a rapidly expanding organisation and in this role you will have end-to-end responsibility for the transformation of their existing Loyalty technology including vendor management, re-platforming and developing new core capabilities in this space. You will work closely with the leadership team in the digital space to co-create loyalty experiences across every touchpoint adding value to both the business and their Customer's experiences.
As the Solution Architect /Solutions Manager across Loyalty, you will be responsible for the strategic alignment, technology roadmap and day-to-day running of the technology platforms, tools and technical resources/capabilities for all Loyalty platforms. This will include membership management, signup experiences, offer and redemption platforms. With a span across diverse brands with varying Loyalty needs this role will be pivotal in driving the transformation of the technology they use to drive Customer value. You will partner closely with the Loyalty product teams to understand and develop the strategy and ensure they are using the right technology solutions to enhance the Customer experience and drive their loyalty objectives.
