Senior Software Engineer

Description:

My client is a financial company based in North Sydney, looking to grow the existing core platform development team and bring on 2 Senior Software Engineers and 1 Mid Level Software Engineer. If you are a passionate developer who takes pride in well written code, coupled with platform development experience, this is the role for you. Currently the team is expanding and need people with good back end .Net experience or full stack across .Net and React.

• Exciting new greenfield projects to kick off on 2023
• Design and implement robust solutions based on business requirements
• Building out the platform to meet the demands of their growing client base
• Ensure system scalability and maintainability
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex problems or production issues that span across multiple services
• Help foster a culture of pride and obsession around delivering quality software
• Strong .Net (preferably .Net 5/6) development experience
• RESTful API and integration
• SQL Server / Postgres
• Understanding of Microservices architecture
• Cloud platform knowledge across AWS preferred but consider Azure too
• Kubernetes experience is a bonus
• Platform front end built in React so any exposure to React is great
• Desire and ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Strong communication and collaborator
