Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join us in the Products and Applications team. This role is permanent full time based at Macquarie Park with flexible work options. The team is responsible for delivering enterprise analytics and data services across Transport.

 


What you will be involved in:

  • Working in a team of Analytics specialists, assist business and IT to develop and support analytics solutions, using the Azure Analytics suite to design, develop and test analytics solutions for agreed business requirements.
  • Specify, deploy and maintain the Azure configurations, connectivity, security and performance for optimal solutions.
  • Design and manage data interfaces from a wide variety of internal and external sources to a large, multi-tenanted cloud environment.
  • Implement and maintain operations and development best practice, integrity and governance across the analytics platform with standards and guidelines.
  • Establish and manage effective, customer focused working relationships with projects, users and partners. Maintain a strong role in contributing to protecting the data inside a secured perimeter.
  • Identify, manage and resolve technical issues and collaborate with business, IT and partners to facilitate solutions and remediation. Work with other cross functional team members to trouble shoot and solve problems.
