Description:
A large Brisbane-based financial company is seeking an experience ServiceNow Software Engineer to join its team on a 6 month contact.
As a ServiceNow Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations to support the business operations and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations
- Develop ServiceNow modules and workflows to automate business processes
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow workflows and applications
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow workflows and applications
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Development Framework (SDF)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
