Senior Service Desk Support Officer

Description:

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the Senior Service Desk Support Officer will be part of the GHA ICT Operations and Support team, which delivers ICT operational and project management support services to the CIO Office and GHA members.
The Senior Service Desk Support Officer will be accountable for the effective delivery of the following services as a part of this role.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all GHA members and customers
• Triage, prioritise and collect all relevant call information
• Provide application and user administration support to GHA systems
• Maximise the GHA ROI via Service Desk promotion and usage
• Mentor Service Desk Officers through training and leadership
• Upkeep and maintenance of the GHA ITSM package
• Assist with maintaining rosters including leave coverage through effective rostering

Gippsland Health Alliance are looking for a Senior Service Desk Support Officer to join our IT Service Desk on a full time basis.

• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Basic knowledge of computer systems

With the following desirable skills:

• An in-depth knowledge of Ivanti Service Management
• ITIL Certifications and/or training
• Basic HTML and SQL experience
