You have a deep passion for cyber security, with a deeper desire to assist a global organization through a security maturity journey. You will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment, reporting directly to the Cyber Security Manager and have an internal roadmap for your own growth and development.
Key responsibilities:
- Vulnerability management including testing, remediation and patch management.
- Collaborate with IT team and external vendors to facilitate alignment and implementation of security best practices.
- Be involved in incident response, escalation and communication.
- Assessment and enhancement of hardware and operating system security configuration
- Examine security access controls and accounts, including but not limited to MFA, AD accounts, domain accounts, service accounts, and administrator accounts.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in alignment with business and security objectives.
You will have:
- Demonstrate knowledge in security operations, incident response and handling, vulnerability management, testing, patching and others.
- Minimum 5 years in Microsoft 365 environments, with an understanding of server and networking fundamentals.
- Enjoy a mix of tasks ranging from technical, vendor management, security awareness and cross team collaboration.
- Be an advocate for a healthier security environment, bringing your cyber experience to the team and empowering those around you.
- Relevant education and certification or equivalent experience with proven ability
- Experience in the following or similar tools; Microsoft 365, Defender, Tenable, Cyber Ark, Octa and others
