Senior Scheduler

Description:

They're a boutique builder that has seen significant growth over the last 24 months, and is now looking to appoint a Senior Scheduler to work alongside a Senior Estimator and Pricing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 

• Minimum 3+ year WA Residential construction experience within a Scheduling role
• Double storey, Multi units or NDIS experience would be held in high regard
• Experienced in softwares such as Beams, Databuild, BuildX or Truth Engine.
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• A proactive mindset with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and improve is essential
• Self-motivated and accountable with a passion for residential construction
