Description:

The Department has established the Program to oversee and coordinate the uplift and transformation of the department’s ICT platform and supporting technologies, including the migration of the core ERP technology, being the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA.

Key duties and responsibilities

The Deliverables for the (Business Analyst) include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
• Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
• Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
