Description:
In this fast-paced role, we can guarantee you that no two days will ever be the same. You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting a high performing Principal and agents alongside other Sales Administrators
- Preparing sales campaigns and implementation, meeting all deadlines
- Preparation of PO Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums, Vendor Reporting
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professional consultants
- Preparation and Coordination of property marketing activities with internal & external stakeholders;
- Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the needs of the team and clients are communicated effectively and client outcomes are achieved at the highest standard
- Responding to and following up enquiries
- End to end Contracts Administration (Offer through to Settlement)
Requirements
- Real estate administration experience required
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration for QLD
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
