About The Role

Duties will include;

• Final bonds
• Tenant sign-up
• Arranging maintenance with contractors
• Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors via phone and email
• Managing rental arrears
• Preparation of contracts (MA's and lease renewals)

• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Valid WA drivers license
