Senior Project Manager

Description:

This role will join an in-house Client Side Project Management team and is responsible for effective delivery of all infrastructure works relating to industrial and logistics developments. You will be involved through design, tender, authority approvals and construction delivery. Key to your success will be an ability to build relationships and drive project outcomes with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including specialist design consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.

About you:

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering infrastructure and services. You will ideally have the following background:
 

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven track record in the design and delivery of land development projects, ideally industrial and logistics
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
