We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for Education projects circa $50m for one of the country's leading upper mid-tier construction companies

Our client has been established for 30 years and in that time have become one of the most recognisable names in construction up and down the East Coast of the country. Their in-house professional skills include construction management, design and construct, project management and quality assurance as well as a very successful stand-alone property development division.

Our client is currently looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager with D&C experience for an initial $20m Education project with flow on of commercial projects ranging from $10m - $50m.

You will be fortunate enough to join a stable leadership team and have a Site Manager and Project Engineer that has been with the company delivering projects for this client for the last few years.

To Be Successful You Will Have The Following

• Ideally a Construction management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)
• Ability to lead and mentor
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
• D&C Project experience
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Proficient in Office, project and jobpac
• The ability to work on tenders as well as deliver projects
