Senior Program Manager

Incentives & funding offerings within the company. You will act as an advisory representative, providing impartial advice as a trusted advisor on existing programs and new programs introduced.

 

There are two key aspects to this role. MEU is a relatively a new business unit within the company and awareness and trust are crucial. The second key aspect of the role is to manage the new programs that the company would like to participate in with Microsoft. Manage the internal approvals processes, incubation of the program through onboarding & implementation phases.

 

Key Skills required :

  • Act as evangelist across Microsoft programs
  • Continuous requirement to build knowledge on new Microsoft Programs & Incentives
  • Maintain product/solutions expertise of market trends in aligned technologies, including detailed understanding of competition
  • Ownership of new Microsoft Program contracts – evaluation, qualification & drive co-ordination of all internal reviews up to and including authorized signatures
  • Work with Microsoft Programs, Incentive & Ecosystem Ops Lead to Develop on-boarding plan for new program.
  • Ownership and governance of Microsoft Partner Center (non-day to day admin)
  • Actively promote the Microsoft Programs across company portfolio internally.
  • Key accountabilities include measurement of lost $’s 
  • Support new business opportunities and help build and qualify opportunity pipeline
  • Solution correct program to meet customer & company requirements
  • Maximizing revenues options - exploit all partner incentives & funding opportunities to deliver appropriately flexible solutions
  • Engage with appropriate CP, BD, solution architects & delivery management to ensure solution meets customer needs
  • Provide specialist knowledge during any focus sales and marketing campaigns/events to advise on appropriate licensing models and solutions and assist with commercials
  • Ensure good collaboration & communication with Microsoft team on all opportunities, including negotiation tactics
  • Assist with sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and information
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within MEU management system
