Description:
I am currently partnering with a leading web3 organisation in their search for a Chinese speaking Senior Compliance Product Manager to join their dynamic Product team.
This is a great opportunity in which you will use your knowledge of compliance regulations to build cutting edge web3 products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing compliance products and systems, and identify enhancement opportunities for both existing and potential new solutions
- Developing and liaising with compliance and internal stakeholders to build compliance product solutions
- Evaluating and improving compliance product performance by tracking key metrics and notifications
- Supervising project progression of respective teams and ensure all stakeholders are updated on the latest status
- Formulating and employ processes and procedures for tasks associated with regulator product operation, incident management, reporting, and communication
Ideal Experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in Compliance/Risk related product management roles, preferably in Finance or Technology industry. 2+ years of leadership experience
- Extensive understanding of US Regulation in DeFi products.
- Proven track record in launching Compliance features products
- Proficiency in agile development, and data analysis
- Based outside the US.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
