This role is on a permanent full time basis and offers flexible working arrangements from any of the 3 offices around Melbourne, along with work from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Human Resources and sitting within the HR Services team, this is a blended role consisting of Payroll and Generalist HR Activities.
 

  • Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR, employee life-cycle and payroll-related matters for managers and employees.
  • Coordinate and process end-to-end payroll delivery through Aurion in an efficient and effective manner
  • Support key process improvement projects throughout the organisation
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding process that ensures new employees are warmly welcomed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensuring these records are compliant with existing employee data management procedures.
  • As required, manage employment relations cases
  • Provide advice that supports the development of key People & Culture policies and procedures.
