Senior Network Operations Engineer

As our Senior Network Operations Engineer, you will use your existing networking capabilities to operate, maintain and assure our network, develop our network operations engineers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure high network availability and performance and deliver value to our customers by keeping them connected.

• Abundant technical networking experience preferably within an ISP or RSP NOC
• Excellent communicator, verbal and written
• Extensive experience with routing protocols such as OSPF/ISIS/MP-BGP
• Experience with MPLS technologies such as LDP/SR/SR-TE/RSVP-TE
• Experience with network operating systems such as IOS-XR, IOS-XE, NXOS and Juniper Evo
• Experience working with large-scale networking environments across geographically diverse points of presence.
• Knowledge of network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant vendor certifications, e.g., Cisco CCNP, Juniper JCNA, Fortinet NSE4+, ITIL4, or other networking certifications.
• Experience with Cisco ASR9k routers, Cisco NCS routers, Juniper routers, EVPN, EIGRP, Fortinet firewalls, F5 or Fortinet CG-NAT, Corero DDoS Protection.
• Experience with network monitoring and ITSM (event/incident/problem/change) systems and tools.
