Senior Mechanical Plumber / Foreman

My client is a multi-trade, leading non-EBA organization specializing in heating, cooling and refrigeration, servicing clientele within the commercial and industrial sector. Due to expansion and some exciting upcoming projects, they're looking to add to their growing team and hire a senior mechanical plumber/foreman, whose core responsibility will be to lead a mid sized team of both qualified & non qualified (apprentices), delegate job tasks, forecast labour requirements, ensure projects are running on time & on budget, alongside ensuring quality control of all completed and in process work.

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience as a leading hand, supervisory or foreman position within commercial/industrial industry
• The ability to understand blueprints, drawings and instructions
• 3-5+ years post apprenticeship experience within the mechanical plumbing space
• Ability to engage key stakeholders; from engineers, to project managers and more
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, manage and develop teams
• Ability to forecast materials, plan labour, run jobs to completion while within budget and within set time-frames
