Senior Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is expected to lead the development, design and execution of go-to-market plans that generate measurable sales pipeline to grow new business within a geographic market. This position works closely with the region’s sales directors and customer success team, and with the global marketing team, to track lead progression and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert
  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, g., analyzing landing page and email best practices
  • Coordinate and track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets
  • Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance
  • Coordinating marketing integration actions for mergers and acquisitions

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing lead generation campaigns that have contributed directly to pipeline growth and development.
  • Familiarity with automated tools to track, measure and report upon marketing performance and contribution to a business.
  • Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow-through on deadlines with minimal supervision, a keen attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, analytical, strategic, result-oriented and initiative with strong work ethic. Proactive, entrepreneurial and self-motivated to find and take on new projects that support team goals.
  • A self-starter who is capable of working independently, as well as part of a larger team.
  • Willingness to travel upwards of 30% of time within your region.
