This role is all about creating Leads that turn into revenue.

The Group Marketing function is a mix of local regional teams and shared services. This role sits within the regional team being responsible for the delivery of campaigns and events that deliver an increasing volume of revenue generating leads year-on-year:

 

The Opportunity -

 

  • Responsible for the local Marketing-to-Sales relationship to develop the regional strategy by aligning regional requirements to the Group marketing strategy
  • Implement campaigns and marketing initiatives into your region
  • Holds the ownership of a specific portfolio expertise

 

The Challenge -

 

  • Create and execute local campaigns, ABM, and webinars in order to meet the agreed marketing and sales qualified leads metrics
  • Work collaboratively with the global teams to effectively deliver great results with behaviours that align to the Group culture
  • Develop and drive local campaign content strategy with regional , sales, and technical stakeholders
  • Drive alignment, collaboration, and implement best practices with other regional campaign managers worldwide
  • Test and create new audience engagement methods
  • Collect and communicate local requirements for future campaigns
  • Develop, coordinate, roll out, evaluate and optimize lead generation campaigns that match the buying journey of existing and new customers; understanding and optimising personas, verticals and customer journey to deliver new and repeat business growth
  • Maintain a high-level of local competitor expertise – mapping actions and results against agreed metrics and competitor behaviours
  • Clear, detailed and reliable forecasting of expected ROI from campaigns and events that is tracked on a regular basis and communicated to all relevant stakeholders
  • Establish relationships with key local stakeholders and work with the sales and support teams to create a process that delivers an exceptional user experience
  • Analyse campaign metrics with digital marketer/ agency to optimize audience messaging and content
  • Work with the digital marketer/ agency on messages for digital and social advertising such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, digital news platforms, and mixed media
  • Content is created both by this role, by campaign marketing managers from other regions and the group Creative & content team or agency, working together to balance the needs of the strategic campaign calendar and the amendments of campaigns through their implementation
  • Ensure you adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including those in relation to GDPR and security best practice
