Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator who will own and lead our marketing strategies and directions for the business, and through synergy, tailor effective and exciting pathways for new customers to engage with the business and our products. You will use your innovation and know-how abilities to power our value propositioning, market messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

By collaborating with our key business stakeholders, you will further develop our voice and vision for Bespoke Letterpress, as an expanding and fast-growing industry leader in the stationery and lifestyle goods category. Marketing our growing online ecommerce store, as well as our bricks and mortar locations.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of the strategic marketing plan for the company encompassing the full lifecycle from ideation to execution and tracking across all channels and networks.
  • Enhance the marketing portfolio for the Bespoke Letterpress product by conducting market research to understand target customer needs, pain points, and product-market fit;.
  • Review competitive offerings and promote ongoing differentiation with our marketing messaging and product development.
  • Demonstrate and share expertise in developing product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to be used in marketing campaigns.
  • Own and oversee the development of campaigns and collateral and where necessary, work with external agencies to design, develop and deliver creative assets.
  • Develop customer persona analysis, vertical segmentation, and targeting
  • Ground level content creation capturing behind the scenes action for social accounts.
  • Drive our loyalty program, to achieve growth, and improved market share.
  • Build data-driven lifecycle marketing and cross-sell strategies to promote product growth and client retention.
  • Strategically drive improved media / press engagement and editorial coverage.
  • Own the metrics: be comfortable tracking and reporting on our goals, measuring performance, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload effectively, by prioritising, communicating and delivering planned work against set deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • 3+ Years experience in marketing leadership, including digital marketing in an ecommerce product offering.
  • You will have demonstrated an understanding of product strategy, branding, full-funnel integrated marketing strategy, and sales enablement together with experience in cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies for ecommerce with an aptitude for identifying related business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral with strong visual presentation skills allowing you to adapt.
  • Experience building and managing a marketing budget to deliver the agreed marketing strategy.
  • Experience in eCommerce and Creative platforms preferred. Specifically Shopify, Klaviyo and Adobe Creative Suite.
