THE ROLE
The Digital team within Group Marketing is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Officer to develop and implement cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs. This role will manage the set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns and provide advice, recommendations and collaborative support to other Group Marketing teams and key clients. These campaigns will focus on digital customer engagement activities that will deliver maximum impact, using marketing automation, CRM and data lake technologies. There will also be a focus on the continuous improvement of the University’s marketing automation strategy.
About You
You will be data-driven and experienced in marketing analytics with demonstrated ability to report, explain results and make impactful recommendations. You will have good understanding of marketing technologies and how they can be leveraged for efficiency and effectiveness.
You’re able to have a technical conversation with non-technical stakeholders and highlight capabilities & limitations of marketing automation platforms to inform campaign possibilities.
You will also have experience delivering 1:1 marketing automation campaigns and be able to build and manage collaborative stakeholder relationships.
You have an enthusiastic and curious approach to learning new platforms to further enhance automation capabilities.
