The Role
The Senior Marketing Adviser delivers innovative, high-quality and effective communications, media and stakeholder engagement services across a Ministerial portfolio, to support the achievement of government priorities and the department's objectives.
The position has the following key accountabilities but not limited to:

• Coordinate and implement research projects, advertising campaigns and marketing activities for the department designed to support business programs across Ministerial portfolios.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of integrated, multichannel paid media campaigns.
• Manage marketing projects to support program initiatives across Ministerial portfolios.
• Coordinate the development and production of a range of print, digital and multimedia material to support the campaigns and media strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the department and with external stakeholders to maximise joint promotional opportunities.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, outputs, tracking and budgets across campaigns.

The Team
The position of Senior Marketing Adviser forms a part of the Communications, Media and Marketing branch in the Strategic Communications group.
The Strategic Communications Group actively promote the Victorian Government's role in growing our state's economy, creating jobs for Victorians, building thriving places and regions and supporting an inclusive and fairer society.
