Description:
Sitting in the Marketing Business Unit, you will work within an Insights Innovation team where you will lead customised research projects as well as leverage existing research and be proactive in executing research to identify opportunities.
You will lead , design and manage primary ad-hoc research ( with a qualitative skew ) to champion the customer, delivering a clear research point of view and direction that will support the successful development initiatives .
From proposal writing to creating discussion guides, to moderating customer sessions to complex analysis and engaging and innovative reporting, you will lead design and run qualitative research.
Continuously exploring ways to enhance productivity and effectiveness of research deliverables is vital. You will keep up-to-date with industry best practice, customer research and competitor activity .
Ultimately, you will generate new and innovative initiatives that advocate the voice of the customers and support effective insight immersion. You will do this by providing thought leadership on best practice research methods while thinking outside the box to generate new and innovated ways to connect our stakeholders with customer insights.

What do I need?
You will need a strong background in conducting qualitative and quantitative research with a skew towards the qualitative side. This will include but is not limited to:
You will have proven experience synthesising secondary research and working with engaging and impactful outputs coupled with excellent skills and stakeholder management.
You will have exposure to design thinking or research innovation and process improvement with a growth mindset willing to learn.
