We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery expert to join the team. You would be responsible for assisting our team to deliver all manner of complex electronic discovery and information governance tasks and will also include an opportunity to be involved in the front-end aspects of our digital forensics’ capability.
What You Will Do
- Assist with tasks associated with the identification and collection of digital information from client environments, in consultation with both client and instructing solicitor teams.
- Assist with the analysis, electronic processing, internal and external review (including advanced analytics) and production of digital information for all manner of complex eDiscovery and Investigations assignments.
- Provide support in updating and maintaining all core applications and systems used to deliver forensic technology and electronic discovery services.
- Assist with the development of electronic discovery project opportunities as part of broader firm business development activities.
- Develop the competencies of less experienced employees – coach and counsel employees, share knowledge and experience in the course of project work, and assign and delegate work of a challenging nature.
Who You Are
- Hold a Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Science, ideally with studies including theoretical aspects of digital forensics.
- Demonstrated experience in an eDiscovery role, preferably within a Professional Services and/or law firm environment.
- Mastery of the EDRM and experience with different eDiscovery technology solutions such as Nuix, Relativity and Reveal.
- A keen interest in keeping up with the developments in eDiscovery and Forensic Technology.
- Apply knowledge (technical, industry and market) to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to eDiscovery and digital forensics clients.
- A strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
