Description:

Manage a high performing, customer service focused international admissions team by leading continuous improvement through developing and enhancing best practice policies and procedures. Drive standard operations across international admissions functions to support international revenue growth, while ensuring the highest levels of compliance, in line with the objectives of the University’s International Strategy 2030.

Have a strong understanding of international admissions across multiple delivery models (on-campus, third-party delivery, and transnational education) and bring experience in quality assurance and genuine temporary entrant frameworks.

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven track record in delivering effective admissions outcomes within established frameworks and extensive experience relevant to the role.
  • Extensive leadership experience in an admissions or contact centre environment, including the ability to meet explicit goals associated with service standards and conversion rate.
  • High level quality assurance and compliance capabilities, preferably gained by working within the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and National Code and other international education regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven high level strategic planning and project management skills, including the ability to design, implement and evaluate new processes that increase efficiency/effectiveness
