About the role

You will be responsible for leading a team of payroll, superannuation and data entry experts within the Human Resources Services space of the organisation, with a focus on remuneration and benefits.

  • Providing evidence based advice on policies & programs in relation to remuneration and benefits, HR policies & systems and payroll matters
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement of processes, system development and automation
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders and providers
  • Ensuing the Remuneration and Benefits team provides timely and accurate completion of transactional processes


About you

For succession in this role you will have:

  • Experience in leading a team in a complex environment, with the capability to drive operational outcomes
  • Ability to provide advice based on specialist knowledge
  • Proven ability to drive service delivery improvement, simplifying processes whilst ensuring sufficient compliance and assurance systems are in place
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, maintaining and administering payroll systems, experience with Ascenda and/or SAP is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels including senior management
  • Advanced analytical skills along with critical thinking and high level of problem solving initiative
