Key Responsibilities
 

• Spearhead the ongoing support and evolution of Java-based applications, with a particular focus on systems utilising Struts and GWT frameworks.
• Drive the strategy and execution of system migrations to modern technologies, ensuring business continuity and system performance.
• Collaborate across functions to design, develop, and deploy scalable, robust software solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations, recommending and implementing improvements to maintain our competitive edge.
   

Required skills & experience:
 

• Seasoned Senior Java Developer
• Significant Java development experience, with in-depth knowledge of the Struts framework. Expertise in GWT is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in managing legacy systems and leading technology migration initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
