Senior Human Resource Advisor

As an experienced People & Culture Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources and Employee Relations functions. We are looking for a dedicated professional with 5-10 years of generalist experience who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from performance management to conflict resolution in a complex workforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance management and improvement strategies
  • Conflict resolution in a diverse and complex workforce
  • Hands-on approach – someone who can "roll up their sleeves"
  • Change management expertise
  • Assistance with IR/ER matters
  • Mentor and provide support to our HR coordinator
  • Take ownership of projects such as recruitment framework and manager training
  • Manage a busy workload efficiently
  • Utilize systems and tools to optimize processes (e.g., Employment Hero, Sharepoint forms)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 5-10 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong background in performance management and conflict resolution
  • Proven experience in change management and project ownership
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with systems such as Employment Hero and Sharepoint forms
  • Professional services experience (helpful but not required)
