Senior Hr & Payroll Coordinator

 

Description:

Our client is a leading global fashion retailer looking for a Senior Human Resource & Payroll Coordinator. In this varied role, you will be reporting into the Human Resource Manager and you will enjoy exposure to a wide range of HR activities with a focus Payroll.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 

  • Prepare and run fortnightly payroll for all retail employees
  • Manage both the HR & Payroll Inbox
  • Conduct visa verification checks and ensure compliance with visa regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll issues as needed.
  • Serve as the main contact between HR and the Retail business, addressing queries and processing of HR forms.
  • Prepare employment contracts and process employee-related documentation with the HR Manager
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and accurate data on the HRIS
  • Update HR policies and procedures as needed with support from the HR Manager
  • Stay knowledgeable about Awards and employment laws affecting Retail employees

     

To be successful in this position, you will be:
 

  • Experience of working with Dayforce desirable
  • Proven experience within HR & Payroll - with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience within a similar role and environment working with awards.
  • Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
