About the role

Strategic HR advisor to a multifaceted leadership team encompassing a diverse range of business backgrounds across the firm. This role plays a pivotal role in influencing, collaborating, advising and challenging to contribute to the achievement of  business goals. By providing specific people and culture strategic and consultative expertise to business leaders this role will elevate and improve employee experience and accelerate performance across the business. . This business is going through a period of significant growth, your experience and understanding of alternative delivery models, acquisitions and strategic recruitment initiatives will ensure continued positive growth and achievement of strategic goals 

As a Senior HR Business Partner , in our Assurance team, your impact will be seen by:  

  • Translating business strategies into people priorities, and serving as a strategic advisor  to various leadership teams across Enabling Functions by collaborating with, advising and challenging to drive performance and employee experience. 
  • Partnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance.  
  • Leading transformation efforts, identifying the need for change and directing the implementation of and adaptation to new or changing structures.  
  • Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, building a trusted and value-add relationship.  
  • Supporting the development of senior leaders and employees, with a large focus on unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders through facilitating leadership team effectiveness, coaching, influencing, guiding and challenging business leaders to ensure strong leadership capability, business performance and high employee engagement 
  • Supporting the execution of the Enabling Function People Strategy through leading the delivery of people initiatives for client groups, working with relevant P&C colleagues 
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment of Enabling Functions employees, leveraging TA Shared Services 
  • Leading the design and delivery of learning initiatives of Enabling Functions employees, leveraging Learning Operations 
  • Working with Enabling Functions leaders on the PEIS and partner related processes
  • Representing the PwC’s brand and its people and cultural practices in the market 

     

About you

You are an experienced HR Business Partner with strong influencing, strategic thinking and planning skills. You are able to execute and deliver major change initiatives to completion, and have a proven track record of supporting and challenging clients.  

You have strong business and commercial acumen, a thorough understanding of contemporary HR issues coupled with analytical capability, and you are skilled in transformation and change management in large,complex organisations.
