Senior Group Strategy Analyst

We are searching for our next Senior Group Strategy Analyst to join our Group Strategy team in Sydney, reporting into our Group Strategy Director. You will help develop and deliver Lion’s group strategy. You will work closely with Lion’s most senior leaders, across all functions, engaging with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your career in corporate strategy as well as opening a wealth of future career pathways. The role is hybrid, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work from the office and from home.

A day in the life
 

• Build your understanding of the FMCG and alcoholic beverage sector and trends, including implications for the business
• Anticipate future trends, share market insights and provide thought leadership to senior stakeholders
• Identify value creation and growth opportunities for the business
• Develop and deliver Lion’s group strategy
• Support M&A initiatives and execution across Australia, NZ and the US
• Grow strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  
   

What You’ll Bring

• Curiosity, being a self-starter
• 3-5 years’ strategy experience at a consulting firm or within a top corporate team
• Consumer goods or retail exposure would be a plus.
