Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing outdoor media agency looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. They work with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to large corporations, to develop creative outdoor advertising campaigns that help them achieve their goals.

The Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process, creating visual concepts, and developing graphic designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages. You will work closely with our team of designers, writers, and marketers to develop innovative and effective design solutions for a variety of print and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create design concepts that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages across a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with our team of writers, marketers, and other designers to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that achieve our clients' goals.
• Manage and lead a team of junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the quality of their work meets our high standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design work is innovative and cutting-edge.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure all design work is delivered on time and on budget.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, print, and digital media.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience managing and leading a team of designers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high attention to detail.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative solutions.
