Senior Financial Reporting Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Your role will include:
Reviewing the financial and statutory accounts, cash flow, inventory and compliance.
Managing a local team of qualified accountants
Process/systems improvements and ensuring best practice around controls within the finance team.
Maintain a technical accounting center of excellence, including setting and promoting group accounting policies, including training commercial and accounting teams
Strong technical knowledge (AASB) and analytical abilities.

To be considered for this role you must be CA/CPA qualified either a second mover from the profession or a finance professional from a Blue-Chip background. You will have demonstrable financial acumen with the ability to lead and motivate teams. It is highly desirable you have exposure to accounting/auditing .
You will also be a passionate people manager with the ability to inspire your team to achieve.
