Senior Engagement Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Communications and Engagement Officer to join the Teaching Quality and Impact directorate and its commitment to make a positive difference in student education across NSW in an innovative and dynamic environment.

The role develops and manages content for communications related to numerous projects associated with key reforms and the development and maintenance of monitoring and impact indicators pertaining to the communications strategy across the Teaching Quality & Impact directorate.

We are seeking an experienced individual with:

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies for complex programs in a project environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing high quality and persuasive content across a range of mediums
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders to co-design tailored communication and engagement plans and materials at key stages of implementation.
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
• Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check) for paid employment (or willing to acquire one).
