As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

- Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Virginia is situated in the heart of Virginia, with convenient access to the Virginia railway station as well as local schools, shops and community facilities.
- Our beautiful purpose-built centre is staffed by a team of dedicated, long-standing educators. All our educators are trained in early childhood development, educational theory, health and safety, and the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum.
- We deliver our programs via play-based learning. Our service offers a combination of both indoor and outdoor free play experiences as well as teacher-initiated programs and spontaneous learning opportunities.
- Our aim is to expose all children within our care to a variety of languages, cultures and customs through an array of activities within our daily programs including cooking, singing, learning languages, stories and games. We also believe that teaching children to foster a healthy lifestyle is important, and promote this by encouraging healthy eating, and engaging the children in physical activities and experiences based around health, nutrition and dental hygiene.
