About the Team

This team looks after the Engineering and Development for all the store's platforms at Coles, primarily focusing on upgrades, enhancements for the devices (PDT’s) that Coles workers use daily! Sitting within the store's platform team, this role is integral to ensure consumers have access to all products on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical configuration, interface, reporting and other application technical tasks for Supply Chain system development.
• Perform development tasks across all Supply Chain systems and lead the team of offshore delivery.
• Work with development teams and upstream/downstream systems teams to ensure there are no unacceptable or degrading impacts key SLA’s.
• Produce technical designs for new and existing applications, and develop system code that implements the design, meeting requirements and relevant standards.
• Contribute materially to the overall design and architecture of a broad array of solutions.
• Contribute materially to the advancement of engineering practices across the program.
• Play a leading role in knowledge transfer, skill development, and general mentorship to other developers.
